This multi-phased industrial project is an extension to existing distribution facilities. A new steel framed clear span structure provided 26,000 square feet of additional cold storage between two existing buildings. The cold storage facilities included a fully automated pallet handling system by Ocme.

The project included covered walkways, interfaces with existing buildings including several complicated penetrations for conveyor systems, a new plant room and IT control room, a new two storey office extension and external works providing approximately 37,000 square feet of additional concrete and tarmac loading bay and car-parking space.

In addition to the new build works, alterations were phased and carried out within existing buildings to provide further cold storage space.
